NCEFCU Membership

FIELD OF MEMBERSHIP
The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

• Regular full-time and Regular part-time employees of the Town of Normal
• Spouses and/or dependants of members who meet the guidelines
• Children who are eligible for membership must join prior to their 18th birthday
• Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership
• All members must be in good standing in order to maintain their membership
  

Additional Info:

There is a one time $5.00 membership fee.

Payroll deduction is available to members who are employees of the Town of Normal.

Any member may make a manual deposit to their account.

A $25.00 balance must be obtained at 6 months of membership and maintained to keep the account open and in good standing.

Withdrawal checks are written twice daily:

11:30 and 3:00, Monday-Friday

Dividends are paid quarterly, at the end of the quarter, and determined by the loan activity of the previous 3 months.
